How do I restore Crewzeno Pro?

Open the upgrade screen inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. If you are using the same Apple ID, Crewzeno should restore the unlock.

How does backup and restore work?

Crewzeno can export a backup file you keep yourself. That file can later be imported into a new install to restore contracts, tips, incentives, expenses, goals, and settings.

Why are notifications not appearing?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Crewzeno in iPhone Settings. Daily reminders and inactivity check-ins only appear when their trigger conditions are met.

Why is the widget not updating immediately?

Widgets rely on iOS refresh timing. Open Crewzeno, confirm your current contract data is correct, then give iOS a moment to refresh the widget snapshot.

Can I use Crewzeno without creating an account?

Yes. Crewzeno is built around local use first. You do not need to create an account just to track contracts, tips, incentives, or expenses.
